Boondock Ridge 

Sitting on the edge of a hill with three levels of oversize decks built right next to a dense pine forest, Boondock Ridge provides lots of welcome spaces to gather and reconnect while enjoying the beauty of the forest up close.

The spacious Master bedroom on the main level has an office desk with chair and a monitor to plug into. It’s full bathroom has a large pebble floor walk in shower that has both a regular and rain shower head, and a large garden tub. On this level are the living room, kitchen, dining, hall bathroom, laundry room with double washers and dryers; and a large full lentgth deck with fireplace and TV, plenty of cusioned wicker seating, BBQ grill, and large hot tub.

Upstairs are three more king bedrooms with private full bathrooms, one has a walk in shower and two have tub/showers. The middle bedroom has a private deck with large hot tub and hammock, with outdoor fireplace and deck furniture. Each bedroom is beautifully themed and coordinated, with comfortable seating by the windows to help relax and unwind in your own private space before joining the rest of your group down stairs. All four king bedrooms are serene and inviting, each one with private full bathrooms and flat screen TVs.

The bunkroom is on the lower level with flat screen TV and three bunkbeds, queens on bottom and 2 twins 1 full on top. Next to it is a full bathroom with double sink and a tub/shower.

The game room is down here also with a cocktail arcade game, pool table, foosball table and card table, with a comfy couch. Access to the third deck and to the firepit is here also, both with lots of seating.  Party lights make this lower deck and firepit magical at night! Cornhole game, a hammock, infant swing and large tower block set along with a ball hoop on the wall and balls for the kids are all on this deck.

Gather in the spacious living room with soaring ceiling in front of a large rock fireplace and flat screen TV, or outside on one of the three decks, two with fireplaces and outside TVs.

In the kitchen the big commercial refrigerator along with a chest freezer and dedicated ice machine are so great! Surrounded with beautiful granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen, you have everything you need for cooking up meals and serving them, and catch the morning sunrise through the trees while drinking coffee from the regular and Keurig coffee makers.

Parking has a pull through drive, with additional space for multiple vehicles.
